For a vibrant look, glossy paper is ideal as it enhances colors and makes images pop. For a softer, professional look, choose matte paper, especially suited for readability of text-heavy designs.
And for the softest look, with a muted, natural feel, choose uncoated papers. Add finishes like aqueous coating for added shine and scratch resistance, or lamination (in gloss or matte) for extra cover durability.

Organize content into sections for easy navigation, use high-quality images, and maintain consistent branding and colors. Set 0.125 inches for ink bleed in your file to prevent trim-off issues and keep text at least 0.375 inches away from trim edges.
Use high-resolution images (300 dpi or higher) and save the final file as a print-ready PDF with embedded fonts and images using our downloadable .pdf presets available on our Resources & Help Files page.

Typically, allow ten business days for standard printing after proof approval. Add a few days for USPS mailing preparation and mail drop. Need it sooner? Rush services are also available for faster turnaround.

Minimums vary, but our minimum order range is 50-100 copies. For these small orders, digital printing is the affordable choice, while offset printing is better suited for larger volumes (usually 1,000+ copies)

• Offset Printing: Recommended for large orders (1,000+), offering high-quality consistency and a lower cost per unit for bulk orders.

Design in CMYK color mode, the standard for printing, or convert your RGB images to CMYK to avoid color shifts. Request either a digital press or a G7 Color hard copy proof to check colors and layout before final production. Keep in mind that paper choice, like glossy vs. matte, can also affect how colors appear.
